1 Scope and Applicability of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ck44me platform and all associated services. "Platform" refers to ck44me's website, mobile version, and any digital services included under it.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service on the ck44me platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Parental Responsibility

1 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds on the ck44me platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per payment method).

• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's overall activity on the platform. VIP benefits are at ck44me's discretion and may be changed at any time.

1 Gaming Rules

All games on the ck44me platform are operated by third-party software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. The specific rules for each game are stated within the game itself.

• In the event of a technical error in a game, the relevant round will be considered void.
• After a disconnection, game results are automatically recorded on the server.
• If you have a dispute about a game result, you must notify the support team within 24 hours.

2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on cricket, football, and other sports:

• If a match is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• If a match starts earlier or later than scheduled, odds may change.
